One relationship. Complete project execution.
Global manufacturing. Engineering coordination. In‑country execution & International logistics. From initial concept and design through to final delivery.

Instead of managing multiple companies across multiple countries, you have a single point of contact from start to finish.
Our strength comes from the relationships and infrastructure we have developed around the world. Through direct relationships with overseas manufacturers, engineers, logistics providers, government and regulatory stakeholders, and our teams on the ground, we bring every component of an international project together under one coordinated strategy.
Five things we hold, start to finish.

Direct Global Manufacturing Relationships
We work with the factories directly, not through an agent — so capability, materials, specification, price and schedule are a conversation we can actually have. On custom work we join before production begins, which is when a manufacturing problem is still cheap to solve.

Engineering & Design Coordination
Many projects begin long before a purchase order is issued. We sit between your engineering team and the factory during design, so that what is being drawn can be built — efficiently, accurately, and at the scale the project actually needs.
What that involves during the design phase

In-Country Expertise & Government Coordination
Every country has its own export procedures, documentation, duties, tariffs and government protocols. We work through them where they happen — with local partners, regulatory authorities and agencies — so they are handled before they become obstacles rather than after.

Quality Control — Boots on the Ground
Quality control should not begin when a shipment arrives. Our people are at the factory while the work is running — monitoring production, verifying against specification, reviewing packaging — so a problem is found while it can still be fixed, and before anything leaves the country of origin.

International Logistics & Ocean Freight
Because we hold the manufacturing and the freight together, we can see what is coming between the two — instead of finding out at the port. Manufacturers, forwarders, carriers, ports, customs and destination partners are coordinated as one process.
What we coordinate, factory to final delivery
More than a supplier.
When these responsibilities are divided among multiple companies, critical details can easily be missed. C&O connects those pieces.
We don't simply introduce you to a manufacturer.
We don't simply arrange freight.
We don't provide a recommendation and walk away.
We were built to solve the challenges that come with global sourcing, manufacturing and international trade. We bring together the manufacturers, engineers, government and regulatory relationships, quality-control resources, logistics infrastructure and international experience necessary to execute complex projects from beginning to end.

Bring us the project.
A drawing, a specification, or a problem you haven't cracked yet. We'll talk you through how it'd be manufactured, what it takes to move it, and what we'd handle along the way.
